DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out at the time you receive the products purchased at the address indicated for the submission, personally or through a third party, it is necessary that the receiver sign the delivery note or document justifying the delivery order. The signature of the delivery note does not imply compliance with the product, only serves to confirm that delivery has been made. So, does not affect your contractual rights nor assumes compliance with a product in bad condition. Subject to contractual and legal rights, to the effect that we can process any incident related to the shipment of the goods, we request you to report, within 24 hours, any incident related to the submission, as lack or loss of any of the products purchased, damaged product, open merchandise, etc. Please note that it is mandatory to sign the delivery note so we can deliver the product, and should make sure that other people can receive the purchase on your behalf. The INIS does not assume any responsibility for the reception made by someone else on your behalf, without proper authorization, if reception is successful in the delivery location. The delivery will be held from Monday to Friday, between the 9:00 h and 18:00 h, We do not carry out deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. The home delivery involves the transmission of risk and, consequently, the deterioration of the products, loss or theft that occurred from that time are not the responsibility of INIS. In case it is not possible to deliver the product, INIS will cancel the Contract by impossibility of performance and without prejudice to the claims that the INIS can start in case of fraud or fault of the customer.

Home shipping:
Within the European territory between 5 and 10 working days. Africa between 15 and 20 days. The terms of delivery indicated may be superior in the time of sale or promotions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, whenever the fulfilment of these deadlines depend on third parties, INIS also cannot guarantee delivery within stipulated.

RETURNS
The INIS offers you the possibility to return purchases within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, where the acquired products have not been used and are in perfect condition only for purchases in the European territory.
In case of returns that include several articles on promotion (4 × 3, 2 × 1, 50% discount on the second unit, etc.) it is necessary to return any items purchased with the promotion. For returns of items on sale, whose discount is applied on a single article, or promotions with discount on the total amount of a purchase, the amount returned will be that the customer paid for the article, which will appear on the proof of purchase and not the price that the article would have been without the promotion. If you have used discount coupons, keep in mind that the value of the coupon discount used will not be refunded. All sizes that were previously charged by INIS and which had to be returned to customers as provided in this clause, shall be reimbursed to the extent possible, through the same means of payment made during the purchase. In case the way used does not allow to make repayments, the INIS will return the corresponding amounts in cash, cheque or transfer. Please note that your bank may take up to seven days to process the refund. The conditions laid down for the returns in this clause shall be understood without prejudice to the rights that consumers have imperatives in accordance with current legislation.
It is recommended that you make your shipping by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. The INIS is not responsible for returns that don’t reach to your warehouse. The expenses of sending the articles you want to return will be of your responsibility. The INIS will not accept returns from which sent postage is due. Returned items will be carefully inspected. If the product is in perfect condition and with labels, shall be repaid to the value corresponding to the same card used for payment or PayPal account. Please note that your bank may take up to seven days to process the refund
FORCE MAJEURE OR UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
The INIS shall not be liable for the total non-compliance, defective fulfilment or delay in performance of any obligation to your responsibility, scenario of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. The term obligations that might exist will be suspended in these cases, throughout the period in which prolong the situation of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, returning to normal when the circumstance of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances end.
